FS series loose winder is equipped with precision fork traverse device and servo drive system. The traverse reversing speed is faster and the winding mode is more abundant. The finished product can freely set the stroke length and end face chamfer. The diversified matching functions (oiling, waxing, yarn tension open-loop and closed-loop mode) make the products better meet the market demand. The combination of accurate back pressure control device and BTSR tension monitoring and feedback system keeps the yarn winding tension constant, which meets the technical requirements of dyeing bobbin, the density inside and outside the yarn coil is uniform, and the rear color is more perfect. This product is suitable for loose winding and inverted winding of cotton, hemp, silk and other industrial fibers.
